Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum purchase of $50 is required for all cannabis delivery orders. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
Delivery Area: We deliver only to specified areas within San Diego region & counties (exceptions may be approved). Please check our delivery zone to ensure your address is covered.
ID Verification: Clients must provide valid identification upon delivery. Orders will not be fulfilled without proper ID verification.
Payment: Payments must be completed at the time of order placement or upon delivery. We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal
Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on demand, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation, but delays may occur.
Refunds and Returns: All sales are final. Returns or refunds are generally not accepted once the delivery has been completed. However, exceptions may be approved by member support on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any issues with your order.
Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.
Contact Information: Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Compliance: All deliveries comply with local and state regulations regarding cannabis sales and distribution.
Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of our products. By placing an order, you agree to use the products responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we suspect may involve fraudulent activity. If an order is flagged for fraud, we will contact you to verify the details, and if verification cannot be completed, the order may be denied.
Delivery Denial: We reserve the right to deny delivery if there are any issues with the order or if we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity. Deliveries may also be denied if the recipient fails to provide valid identification or payment at the time of delivery.
