Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum purchase of $50 is required for all cannabis delivery orders. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
Delivery Area: We deliver only to specified areas within San Diego region & counties (exceptions may be approved). Please check our delivery zone to ensure your address is covered.
ID Verification: Clients must provide valid identification upon delivery. Orders will not be fulfilled without proper ID verification.
Payment: Payments must be completed at the time of order placement or upon delivery. We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal
Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on demand, traffic conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of order confirmation, but delays may occur.
Refunds and Returns: All sales are final. Returns or refunds are generally not accepted once the delivery has been completed. However, exceptions may be approved by member support on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any issues with your order.
Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.
Contact Information: Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Compliance: All deliveries comply with local and state regulations regarding cannabis sales and distribution.
Liability: We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of our products. By placing an order, you agree to use the products responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we suspect may involve fraudulent activity. If an order is flagged for fraud, we will contact you to verify the details, and if verification cannot be completed, the order may be denied.
Delivery Denial: We reserve the right to deny delivery if there are any issues with the order or if we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity. Deliveries may also be denied if the recipient fails to provide valid identification or payment at the time of delivery.
Greenfleet Terms of Service - Free Half Ounce Promotion
1. General Terms:
These Terms of Service govern all promotions, offers, and transactions related to free half ounces provided by Greenfleet. By engaging in any promotional offer or transaction, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Promotion Details:
Free half ounces are not granted on an ounce-per-ounce or item/product basis. Instead, all free half ounce promotions are provided on a per-order basis, subject to the terms specified at the time of the promotion.
For example, purchasing a specific quantity or amount may entitle you to free half ounces, but the free half ounce are offered as part of a total order, not individually.
3. Eligibility and Restrictions:
Free half ounce may only be applied once per order and are not transferable between orders or customers.
Promotional offers are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
All free half ounce offers are subject to availability and may be limited by time, stock, or other factors as determined by Greenfleet.
4. No Free Half Ounce Offer on Ounce-per-Ounce or Product/Item Basis:
Any claims or expectations of receiving free half ounces based on an ounce-per-ounce request (e.g., "Purchasing 1 oz of flower and another 1 oz of a different flower will result in two free half ounces totalling to one free ounce") are not valid under our terms. Free half ounces are provided per order, not per individual item or weight.
5. Changes to the Terms:
Greenfleet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice, including changes to the free ounce offer structure.
